A LITTLE ABOUT ME!

Hi! I’m Ava Kate. I grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, and now call New York City home. Performing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest “shows” took place on my family’s coffee table, belting out the lyrics to Pink or Amy Winehouse. That passion led me to NYC, where I am earning my BFA in Musical Theatre from Molloy University/CAP21.

I am an actor, singer, dancer, and licensed cosmetologist. Whether I’m in the spotlight or behind the scenes working with wigs, I’m dedicated to giving back to the artistic community that has shaped me. I strive to bring authenticity, curiosity, and heart to every role I take on, while continuing to grow and uplift those around me.

When I’m not on stage, you can usually find me trying new pasta restaurants, painting by number, listening to jazz, or spending time with friends and family.
